Cancellation, Return and Delivery Terms

1. Delivery

After payment confirmation, your orders are shipped to the address you specified via the contracted cargo company within the legal period.

2. Withdrawal and Return

You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product. The product must be unused and in resalable condition.

3. Return Process

You can submit your return request through our contact channels. For approved returns, the amount is refunded to your payment method within the legal period.

4. Exceptions

Products made to personal specifications, or products that cannot be returned under legislation, are outside the scope of the right of withdrawal.
