- Advanced level knowledge about laws of the spinning world
- Detailed explanation of the 3x3=DIP equation
- Basic anatomical information, body analysis and body architecture
- Steering the body, mind, and emotion wheels
- Examining a DIP Spinning Session with all details (Preparations, take-off, journey, landing, restart)
- Important comprehensive subtitles, philosophical and scientific approaches
- 3 Modules, each module 4 online meetings, each meeting 3 hours
- All training in total is 3 modules, 12 meetings, 36 hours

• Please make sure you have an area of 3 meters in diameter and that there are no dangerous or breakable items around you!
• It is important to choose a smooth and even floor that is not slippery and preferably wooden.
• We recommend that you wear comfortable clothes, non-slip socks or dance shoes to protect your feet (sneakers are not suitable).
• Do not eat in the last 2 hours before class.
